We only feed our community the best! That’s why we proudly source from local farms wherever possible, including organic grains from Mountain Mama Milling (Monte Vista, CO), dairy from Morning Fresh (Bellevue, CO), tart cherries from Big B’s/Delicious Orchards (Hotchkiss, CO) and roasted green chilis from Milberger Farms (Pueblo, CO). We’re also active members of the Colorado Grain Chain. Love to bake at home? We’ve got local flour for sale and we’re always happy to share a dollop of “Carl” the sourdough starter for FREE! Carl has been in Emily’s family for over 40 years!

Former raft guide, snowboarder, avid hiker and baker extraordinaire, Emi loves turning her passion for the flavors of the Arkansas river valley into new specials here at Little Red Hen. When she’s not baking her buns off, you can catch her enjoying the great outdoors with her partner, Preston, and adorable rescue dog, Duncan.
